User Dashboard

Backend Dashboard

TicketHarmony Dashboard / Command Center

The Dashboard is the first page most backend users see after logging in. It gives you a quick operational view of ticket activity, active registration periods, upcoming openings, alerts, recent orders, and recent scans.

Who this is for

The Dashboard is helpful during active registration windows, event check-in, meal pickup, or any high-volume ticket period.

Common issues

I do not see anything under Live Periods

This usually means no ticket periods are currently open. Check the Opening Soon section to see if any periods are scheduled to open later.

I do not see upcoming periods

This usually means no periods are scheduled to open within the next seven days, or the ticket period settings may need to be reviewed.

The Dashboard numbers do not match what I expected

Make sure you are looking at the correct organization and ticket area. For detailed numbers, open Analytics & Door Lists and review the specific form and period.

I need to manage the actual attendee or pickup list

Use the Doorlist button for the specific live or upcoming period.

I need a public link or QR code

Use Your Landing Page to open your public page, or Get Your QR Code to download a QR code for that page.
