Front-End Members
The People page shows front-end members and customers connected to your organization. These are users who created an account through the public-facing experience and may have engaged with your organization by making a purchase, using forms, or adding your organization to their favorites.
Admins reviewing public-facing users
This page is for backend users who need to search, review, or manage front-end members and customer accounts connected to their organization.
You need to find a customer or member
Use this page when you need to look up a front-end user, review contact details, view a profile, switch between list and photo views, or convert an eligible member into a backend user.
How to open People
- Log in to your TicketHarmony backend account.
- Open the People area from your backend menu.
- Use the search tools, Data Grid, or Photo Directory view to find the person you need.
- Open a person’s profile when you need more detail.
What this page shows
Members and customers
The list includes active front-end users connected to your organization. These are not the same as backend admin users.
Name, email, phone, and address
Depending on the information available, the page may show a person’s name, phone number, email address, profile picture, address, and related units or groups.
Scoped to your organization
The People page only shows users connected to your organization.
Convert to Backend User
Eligible admins may see a Convert to Backend User button for front-end members. This converts the selected user into a backend user and opens their account edit screen.
View options
Data Grid
The Data Grid view displays members in a table-style layout. This is the default view and is best when searching, sorting, or reviewing many records efficiently.
Photo Directory
The Photo Directory view displays members as profile cards with pictures and contact details. It also includes an alphabet navigation when last names are available.
When you switch between Data Grid and Photo Directory, TicketHarmony remembers your preferred view for future visits.
Searching People
Use the People search to find members by name or profile information. The page supports simple name searches as well as special search prefixes.
Name search
Type part of a first name or last name to search matching front-end members.
Example: SmithName:
Use this format when searching by name using the supported Name prefix.
Example: Name: JohnIn Profile:
Use this format to search profile form data when your organization has a user profile form configured.
Example: In Profile: NashvillePhoto Directory cards explained
Picture and name
The card displays the member’s profile picture when available. If no picture is available, a default avatar may be used.
Phone and email
If a member has a phone number or email address, the card may show clickable phone and email links.
Map link
If a profile address is available, the address may link to a map search in a new browser tab.
Related units
If the member belongs to one or more units, those units may appear as links from the card.
Convert to Backend User
Higher-level backend users
The Convert to Backend User button appears only for users with permission to perform the conversion.
The user becomes a backend user
After conversion, the system opens the user’s backend account edit screen so their account settings and access can be reviewed.
Which view should I use?
Use Data Grid
Best for searching, sorting, and reviewing a larger list of people.
Use Photo Directory
Best for browsing people visually by profile card, especially when pictures and contact information are useful.
Use Convert carefully
Use Convert to Backend User only when a front-end member should become a back-office user.
Common issues
I do not see someone in the People list
The People page shows active front-end members connected to your organization. If the person is a backend staff/admin user, check Back Office > Users instead.
I only see Data Grid or Photo Directory
Use the view toggle near the top of the page to switch between the table-style Data Grid and the card-style Photo Directory.
I changed views and it stayed that way later
That is expected. TicketHarmony remembers your preferred People directory view.
I do not see Convert to Backend User
That option only appears for eligible users with the right permission level and only for users who are still front-end members.
The Photo Directory does not show an address, phone, or email
That usually means the member does not have that information saved on their profile.
My search results look limited
Try searching by first name or last name only. For profile-specific data, use the In Profile: search format when profile data is available.
