Reserved Ticketing
Reserved Ticketing Index Page
The Reserved Ticketing page is the main event list for reserved seating. Use it to create reserved events, manage seat layouts, manage seasons, open event settings, duplicate events, and access the purchase or live check-in views.
Reserved seating admins
This page is for backend users who create and manage reserved seating events, seat maps, event pricing, public purchase links, and live check-in views.
You need to manage reserved events
Use this page when you need to create a new reserved event, edit an existing event, copy a past event, open the public purchase view, or check live seat status.
How to open Reserved Ticketing
- Log in to your TicketHarmony backend account.
- Open the Reserved Ticketing area from your backend menu.
- Use the event list to create, edit, duplicate, or view reserved seating events.

Checkin / Live Status View
Opens an admin-style live status view in a new tab. Use this during events to review seat status and check-in activity.
Which button should I use?
Create Reserved Event
Use this when creating a brand-new reserved seating event.
Edit
Use this when you need to change event details, pricing, layout settings, seasons, or seat-level configuration.
Duplicate
Use this when a new event is similar to an existing one and you want to reuse the same layout and pricing setup.
Common issues
I do not see any reserved events
No reserved ticketing configurations have been created yet. Use Create Reserved Event to start a new event.
The Purchase View button is disabled or unavailable
The event may not have a seating layout linked yet. Open Edit and make sure the event has a layout selected.
The Checkin / Live Status View button is disabled or unavailable
The live status view requires the event to have a linked seating layout. Open Edit and confirm the layout is attached.
I need to change the seating chart
Use Manage Layout Maps to manage seat maps. Then use Edit on the event to connect the correct layout to the event.
I need to set up season ticket behavior
Use Manage Seasons first. Then open the event with Edit to attach the event to the correct season setup.
I duplicated an event but it is not live
Duplicated events are created inactive by default. Open the new event with Edit, review the copied details, update dates and settings, then activate it when ready.
