Bulk actions explained
Set Active or Inactive
Select one or more forms, then use the bulk status action to turn selected forms active or inactive.
Move To
Select one or more forms, then move them into a folder or Uncategorized. This helps keep long form lists organized.
Delete selected forms
Select one or more forms, then delete them in bulk. This action is permanent and removes related form data.
Create from template
When templates are available, you can start from a template instead of building a ticketing form from scratch. The More Templates option opens the template library.
Which action should I choose?
Use Update Form
Choose this when you need to edit fields, wording, questions, or form layout.
Use Ticket & Form Settings
Choose this when you need to change ticket behavior, limits, confirmations, emails, or form configuration.
Use Analytics or Submissions
Use Analytics for ticket/reporting totals. Use Submissions when you need the raw form entries.
Common issues
I do not see an action in the dropdown
Some actions only appear when your user account has permission to use them. If you need access, contact your account administrator or TicketHarmony support.
I clicked the form name but it opened the public form
That is expected. The form name is for viewing the user-facing form. Use the Actions dropdown when you need to manage or edit the form.
I need to change ticket quantities, limits, or setup
Use Ticket & Form Settings, not Update Form. Update Form is mainly for editing form fields and layout.
I need the public link or QR code
Use Publish & Share. That area contains public sharing options for the form.
I need to see who submitted the form
Use Submissions to review submitted entries. For ticket totals and operational reports, use Analytics.
I need to copy a form for a new event or program
Use Copy from the Actions dropdown. After copying, review the new form’s settings, dates, ticket periods, and public sharing options before using it.
Good to know
- The General Ticketing page is a form management list, not the public ticket-buying page.
- Clicking the form name opens the user-facing form.
- Most admin tools are inside the Actions dropdown.
- Available actions may change based on your permissions.
- Use Analytics for ticket reporting and totals.
- Use Submissions for individual form entries.
- Use Publish & Share when you need public links, sharing tools, embed options, or QR-related publishing options.
- Be careful with Delete actions because they can remove related stats, submissions, rules, and report data.
